The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other social-media platform.

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, persons directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Sweepstakes begins at:

12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on [START DATE]

and ends at:

11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 3, 2027.

Sponsor's computer system will be the official timekeeping device.

Visit SamsCrazy.com during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the official giveaway registration form.

Entrants must provide the information requested on the entry form.

No purchase, payment, donation, political contribution, membership, social-media follow, or other financial consideration is required to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Entries generated by automated means, bots, scripts, fraudulent identities or other improper methods are prohibited and may be disqualified.

Florida law specifically prohibits requiring an entry fee, payment or proof of purchase as a condition of entering covered game promotions. 

A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded.

Each winner will receive:

$1,000 CASH

Number of winners: 5

Value of each prize: $1,000

TOTAL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES: $5,000

Limit one prize per person.

Prizes will be delivered by check, electronic payment, or another reasonable payment method determined by Sponsor.

Winners are responsible for any federal, state or local taxes associated with receiving a prize.

On or about July 4, 2027, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Five potential winners will be randomly selected.

Each eligible entry will have an equal opportunity to be selected.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified using the email address and/or telephone number provided when entering.

Each potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of Sponsor's first notification attempt.

Sponsor may require reasonable verification of the potential winner's identity, age and eligibility and may require execution of an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and prize acknowledgment/release where permitted by law.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five days, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required verification, that person may be disqualified.

Sponsor may then randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Following verification, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to deliver each winner's $1,000 cash prize within 30 days.

All five advertised prizes will be awarded, subject to receiving sufficient eligible entries and the provisions of these Official Rules.

Sponsor will not substitute a prize of lesser value.

Florida law prohibits operators covered by its game-promotion statute from failing to award offered prizes and from using false, deceptive or misleading promotional materials. 

Winners are solely responsible for taxes, if any, resulting from receipt of a prize.

Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable tax-reporting requirements.

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled according to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at SamsCrazy.com.

Entering the Sweepstakes does not, by itself, require the entrant to consent to marketing text messages, marketing emails, political communications or other promotional communications.

Any optional marketing consent should be presented separately from the Sweepstakes entry.

Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor may identify a verified winner by the winner's first name, last initial, city and state for purposes of announcing the Sweepstakes results.

Use of a winner's photograph, likeness, voice or testimonial for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to any additional consent required by applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who:

• attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Sweepstakes; 
• submits false or fraudulent information; 
• uses automated entry methods; 
• violates these Official Rules; or 
• attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries. 

Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, government action or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impair the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

If the Sweepstakes must be terminated early, Sponsor may select the winners from eligible entries received before termination where lawful and practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that Sponsor and its officers, employees, agents and representatives will not be responsible for losses, damages or injuries arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, delayed or technically unsuccessful entries resulting from circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section deprives an entrant of any non-waivable consumer protection or other rights provided by applicable law.

Following verification of all five winners, Sponsor may publish the winners' first names, last initials, cities and states at SamsCrazy.com.

A winner list may also be obtained by contacting Sponsor at the contact information provided on the website.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X.

Entrants release those platforms from responsibility for administration of the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Rules.

Sponsor's decisions regarding administration of the Sweepstakes and determination of eligibility will be final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
